A tortoise that lost 85 percent of her shell in a forest fire has a second chance in life after getting a custom 3D printed shell. She was named Freddy because her “burned back looked like the face of Freddy Krueger.” Poor thing. Who knows what’s next in 3D printing? Congrats Freddy!
